  8pm at night, literally ran out of gas on freeway and barely made it to the pump. There's someone inside but lights are off -- closed. Expensive gas. No Ethanol-free choices. Blaringly loud commercials, so i remember this tip I saw on Reddit today that there's a mute button on these pumps. Pressed a few things couldn't find it -- oh well I need gas. I try 3 debit cards and 2 credit cards. All declined -- see attendant. What attendant!? Of course it's one of those pumps that pre-authorizes your card for $75. Luckily, someone else pulls in, and I offer him $2 cash for a little gas. Very Kind gentlemen offered $10 gas but I just couldn't take it. Put $5 in. Chevron, if you're gonna have a gas station here. Charge whatever price you want, but ffs have the place OPEN after 8pm. I've NEVER heard of gas station (usually know to operate 24/7) close that early. Yes, it was Sunday. That doesn't matter to a large and growing number of Utahs who aren't mormon. The place didn't even have a "closed/open" sign. Instead there were about a dozen neon lights for beer, lighting the place up to much that it almost looked opened. I don't always write bad reviews, especially for a gas station I didn't even interact with a human at. But this was ridiculous. If they shut down then at least my phone would have directed me to a better gas station like 0.01 more miles away. I bet the people who work here are really nice! But people need gas and you guys are RIGHT off the freeway. Ugh. I heard in most states you aren't even allowed to pump your own gas.
